Terms — Signal One

1. Agreement

By joining the Signal One Discord server, subscribing to a membership, or using this website, you agree to these Terms and to our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Signal One.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract where you live.

3. The service

Signal One provides a trading community, educational content and market commentary. It does not provide personalized financial advice, manage money, or execute trades for you. Content and features may change at any time.

4. Memberships and billing

Paid memberships ("All Access") are sold and billed through Whop and are also subject to Whop's terms. Memberships renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Prices and promotions are shown at checkout.

5. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel anytime before your next renewal from your Whop account; access continues until the end of the paid period. For refund questions, contact us at [email protected].

6. Conduct

Be respectful. No harassment, spam, scams, solicitations, impersonation or sharing of illegal content. Do not share, resell, forward or redistribute paid content or alerts outside the server. We may remove members or end access for violations, without refund where permitted.

7. Intellectual property

Signal One content is owned by Signal One or its contributors and is licensed to members for personal, non-commercial use only.

8. No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signal One is not liable for any trading losses or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
